Our Policies
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! BY SENDING ANY FORM OF PAYMENT, IT REFLECTS AN UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
-ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 14 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS FOR SMALLER SET UPS.
-WHEN BOOKING AN EVENT, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $65 IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE. YOUR EVENT IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE. YOUR DEPOSIT CANNOT BE USED FOR A DIFFERENT DATE.
-PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT THE PAYMENT CAN BE USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE OR ANOTHER EVENT WHEN BOOKING. ONLY TIME FUNDS ARE RETURNED IS WHEN WE ARE AT FAULT OR AN MISTAKE IS MADE ON OUR BEHALF.
-FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE DATE ON THE INVOICE. CLIENTS HAVE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO INVOICE DUE DATE TO ATTEMPT TO RESCHEDULE PAYMENT.
-IF FINAL PAYMENT HASN'T BEEN MADE BY THE DUE DATE AND THE CLIENT HAS NOT REACHED OUT TO RESCHEDULE PAYMENT, SERVICES MAY BE CANCELED AT THE COMPANYS DISCRETION.
-ALL EVENTS REQUIRE AT LEAST AN HOUR AND 30 MINS MINIMUM SET UP TIME.
-A TRAVEL FEE IS APPLIED FOR ANY SET UPS THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN 10 MILES OF COMMUTE.
-LARGER EVENTS/FULL ROOM SET UPS THAT ARE BOOKED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE
-EVENTS BOOKED LESS THAN 5 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE IS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE

Meet The Owner
Our Story
"It's Everything Ke" has been established since February of 2021 by me KeSean Pemberton. I am 22 years old and this dream sparked from attempting to make a balloon garland and backdrop for a family members baby shower. I just fell in love with the art and making something so beautiful with my hands. From there I started booking more events and started to expand by adding table linen rental, balloon towers, light backdrops and centerpieces. Before the backdrops and balloons, I was spending most of my time doing photography. Another reason I created this business is because I wanted to have everything I was doing from a business standpoint to be underneath one brand. We started as "King Ke Photography" and have now grown and flourished into "It's Everything Ke". From a small business working from his moms' garage to now have a crew of 10 people behind him to help turn your dreams about your event into reality.
