Our Policies
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
-ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS FOR SMALLER SET UPS.
-WHEN BOOKING AN EVENT, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF HALF OF YOUR TOTAL IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO SECURE YOUR EVENT.
-PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT THE PAYMENT CAN BE USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE OR ANOTHER EVENT WHEN BOOKING
-FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT
-ALL EVENTS REQUIRE AT LEAST AN 2-5 HOUR SET UP TIME
-A TRAVEL FEE IS APPLIED FOR ANY SET UPS MORE THAN 25 MILES
-LARGER EVENTS/FULL ROOM SET UPS THAT ARE BOOKED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE
-EVENTS BOOKED LESS THAN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE IS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100

Who We Are
Our Story
"It's Everything Ke" has been established since February of 2021 by me Ke’Sean Pemberton. I am 19 years old and this dream sparked from attempting to make a balloon garland and backdrop for a family members baby shower. I just fell in love with the art and making something so beautiful with my hands. From there I started booking more events and started to expand by adding table linen rental, balloon towers, light backdrops and centerpieces. Before the backdrops and balloons I was spending most of my time doing photography. Another reason I created this business is because I wanted to have everything I was doing from a business standpoint to be underneath one brand.

At Its Everything Ke, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them booking us time and time again. We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best experiences and making their ideas come to life. We ensure that each customer is put first by effectively communicating with them and taking are of all their concerns.
